Yes. In pose, go into the preferences dialog and set the serial port to
"/dev/ptyqe". Tell your sync software to use port "/dev/ttyqe".
You'll have to start the hotsync on the emulator before starting the
desktop sync software (because the virtual serial port isn't created
until the emulator starts using it).
