Since you're using helix-gnome anyway, why not get it at

http://helixcode.com/desktop/packages.php3 ? They have 1.2.4. You
prbably want the -devel version.

Latest version of pilot-link is on CVS at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/pilot-link/

They're working on a new relase there.
