Oy...

I've just commited changes, that makes some callbacks upon conduit
start/end. Check the 6 conduit_* methods in manager.c if you want to learn
(and all the relevant code in orbit_daemon_glue.c).

Anyways, this means, the panel applet now has two more or less empty
callbacks (conduit_start and conduit_end). They're at the top of the file.
So if somebody wants to add some gui stuff that pops up a box (and can be
disabled!), go ahead.

Progress bars etc to come.
