dlp Calls from conduits.

Oy...

For gpilotd conduits to run outside the memoryspace gpilotd (eg. Perl
conduits, CORBA conduits etc), I need to annihilate all dlp calls done
within the standard-abs conduits (memo_file and gnomecalconduit)

This means the dlp_ReadAppInfoBlock call done in pre_sync will be remove,
and the appinfo block made available either as a parameter to pre_sync or
simply the dbinfo structure.

I'll tell you when more happens on this matter.
