Oops, mistake in threads discussion

One error in the threads message I sent earlier.  If we use threads we
start a thread instead of forking, sorry that first paragraph I wrote was
nonsense.  The question still remains though, can you set the uid/euid on
a thread without affecting the rest of the threads?  Does POSIX threads
allow this?
