Collecting the information

Hi!

Just thought that it would be nice to start collecting all of the
information from the list in a better way than mail archives.

Personally I think a wiki would do the job, Jdub didn't seem too fond of
this solution though.

So, I thought I'd ask what people think would be a good way of starting
out on some design documents?
