Official builds of freedesktop 1.2 and gnome 3.18 runtimes

I have now finished the official builds of the freedesktop and gnome.

Both are available at http://sdk.gnome.org/repo/

The new gnome runtime is org.gnome.[Platform|Sdk] version 3.18, and the
freedesktop runtime is org.freedesktop.[Platform|Sdk] version 1.2.
There are also corresponding .Var and .Locale extension runtimes.

Here is a list of the major changes:
* Gnome/Gtk has been reved to final 3.18 versions
* New versions of llvm, mesa, X11, libdrm, dbus, gstreamer, and the 
  other freedesktop modules.
* The base yocto layer has been updated to yocto 1.8.
* The freedesktop runtime sources has been split out into its own git
  repo:
     http://cgit.freedesktop.org/xdg-app/freedesktop-sdk-images
* The gnome runtime has been restructured to be a layer on top of the
  separate freedesktop runtime repo.

I've also updated the test apps at:
   https://people.gnome.org/~alexl/test-apps/repo/
To build against the new runtimes.
It contains builds of gedit 3.18, gnome-builder 3.18, and glxgears.

To test this you can do something like:

  xdg-app add-remote --user --gpg-import=gnome-sdk.gpg gnome http://sdk.gnome.org/repo/
  xdg-app install-runtime --user gnome org.gnome.Platform 3.18
  xdg-app add-remote --user --no-gpg-verify gnome-test-apps https://people.gnome.org/~alexl/test-apps/repo/
  xdg-app install-app --user gnome-test-apps org.gnome.gedit
  xdg-app run org.gnome.gedit
