Libgda and Libgnomedb 3.99.7 released

I'm pleased to announce the version 3.99.7 of Libgda and Libgnomedb.

Short description:
Libgda is a (relatively small) database access library:
* a wrapper like ODBC but with more features to access several database engines
* a general data model to use CVS or XML files
* a meta data extractor (to know all about database objects in a comman way)
* comes with an SQL console application (like mysql, psql or sqlite3 consoles)
* relies on GLib, coded in C, its API is easy to use

Libgnomedb mainly features some GTK+ based data bound widgets using Libgda for data access.

Changes for this version of Libgda:
 - API corrections
 - now internally use SQLite 3.6.7
 - blobs handling corrections
 - SQL console improvements (new export command, optional integrated web server
   to display information)

 - Win32 improvements (control list of exported symbols, create import libraries)
 - Cleared up glib includes (Przemysław Grzegorczyk)
 - misc corrections (Murray Cumming, Johannes Schmid, Carlos Savoretti, Vivien Malerba)
