libgda compiles on windows, but has a few little problems still missing
to work on windows. So, it's not working yet, but if somebody puts a
little work on it, it will work. The only missing thing is to make the
build system create .dll's for the providers, instead of .so. That's the
only thing keeping it from working on windows, but so far nobody has put
any effort on fixing that.
