Licencing issues

Hi

No, I'm not going to debate on different lincenses. I'm going to do 
about some licensing restriction that some software manufacture do put 
on it data file format specification.

Does anybody have read the licensing terms ? Would it be worthwhile that 
some generous company paid the licensing fee to offer the documenation 
to the Gnome-Office project ? Is it possible ?
