Gnome Sound Recorder Status Update

Hi all,
I just added two nice features: A "Send..." feature using
nautilus-sendto (automatically hidden if nautilus-sendto is not installed)
and application uniqueness using GtkApplication.

Hylke is updating the design and I'll implement his new mockup as soon
as possible.

GSR still needs a working build system so we can use Gettext; autotools
hero somewhere ?
