I think so, because these are lists of options - it's not like the list
changes depending on the user's installation.  Yes, the setting will,
but if there was documentation saying "Option 1 is used for..." then
that would be broken.

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding what is being changed.  Are the options
checked against gstreamer?  I didn't think so as v4l is an option on my
system and I don't have anything that could create video.  (I guess it
could still be built though).
