No! These are supposed to be Capital "F" Free sounds. I strongly oppose
any sort of tech like this to be used. (Not to mention that finding a Free
software implementation of this would be <understatement>difficult
</understatement>. :) There are uses for this tech., just not here, IMNSHO.
This is just so the license doesn't "disappear".
