Please help me out 

Hi Aman,

It could be that you don't have libtool installed, tough I'm not totally
sure. You can install the libtool from your distro or building with the
command jhbuild bootstrap or compiling yourself.

Maybe is a good idea to ask for some help on the #gnome-love IRC
channel, from time to time nice people even reply :)
