[gnome-love] gnome-keyring-manager patch

I noticed that gnome-keyring-manager doesn't properly setup
gnome-doc-utils[1].

I've create a patch to fix this as well as an incorrect OMF
category in the gnome-keyring-manager.omf.in file.

Now all we need is for someone to write some documentation for
this application.

Any takers?


BTW,  I accidentally added an m4 directory to CVS already.  Shouldn't
hurt anything, and it needs to be there when the patch is applied
anyway...
