[gnome-love] gnome-keyring build inexplicably busted for me

Nothing has changed in ar.po in gnome-keyring for a month, but since a
change to *something else* some time between 9:32am on 2005-07-25 and
2:43pm on 2005-07-25, the build has been broken like so:

Anyone have any ideas on what is wrong or how to fix?
