[gnome-love] Default PPP dialer for Gnome?

What's the default PPP dialer for Gnome?

Is it rp3?  If so, who's maintaining it?  I submitted a bug report thru
bugzilla.redhat.com and appended a patch, but haven't heard anything
back from anyone...

I think a nice, easy-to-setup PPP dialer is an important component in a
desktop, especially if you plan to use Gnome at home.
