Please redirect all help related questions to gnome-list gnome org 
Gnome-love is about helping people contribute to gnome rather than
helping people use GNOME, we have other lists that are there for user
help questions. It is important that we keep the s/n ration high on this
lists before people start unsubscribing.

It is sometimes hard to tell between a user question and a question from
someone that is trying to contribute to gnome but some of the recent
posts to the list are clearly user questions rather than people that are
starting to contribute.

I would also like to ask people to not answer user related problems so
that we can keep this list healthy. I know i am sounding like an
asshole, but keeping the list healthy is important.
