you might consider having the link to your faq sent with the welcome message
when someone signs up for a gnome-devel related mailing list.
Hmm, other stuff would be pointers to a description of the lists and what
they are, and a pointer to the hacking documentation...
Might cut down on the FAQs asked on the lists...
