Raising the top bar

I replaced an old 2.5k monitor with A 4k version. Since the physical width is
about same, most things got visibly smaller. I have the settings for most
instances to increase their size.

One area that I cannot find is settings for the top bar. The text size is almost
too small to read.

How do I adjust the text size of the top bar?
