No more crop in EOG 3.14?

I just upgraded to fedora 21 beta and installed
eog-plugins but I still cannot crop a picture. I'm pretty sure I had this feature in 3.12.. where did it go? this seems like one of the 3 main features expected out of a basic image viewer (along with rotate and save as different format).
