Yes I certainly have or something similar. I see it, and have so for months, on resuming my laptop (X200 Debian wheezy/sid gnome 3.4). It is certainly not disk related and I don't think CPU related either (iotop and top respectively). The jerky mouse kicks in after resume has completed and the machine has been fully functional for perhaps 20 seconds. It then lasts for 10-30 seconds but never comes back until next resume.

Generally I wouldn't post such a comment as so vague it's near impossible to track down the cause without major testing. But in this case clearly worth having a 'me too' added!
