Re: gedit bug?

I've gotten several replies that didn't go to the list, as nearly as I
can tell.

One person suggested using terminal to start gedit and see what happens.
Here's the result of that. I don't know if any of this is significant.

[eric@localhost ~]$ gedit &
[1] 14871
[eric@localhost ~]$
(gedit:14871): Gtk-WARNING **: Unable to retrieve the file info for
`file:///home/eric/Desktop/Test1': Error stating file
'/home/eric/Desktop/Test1': No such file or directory

(gedit:14871): Gtk-WARNING **: Unable to retrieve the file info for
`file:///home/eric/Desktop/Test2': Error stating file
'/home/eric/Desktop/Test2': No such file or directory
Fatal Python error: PyEval_SaveThread: NULL tstate
[eric@localhost ~]$ gedit &
[2] 14916
[1] Aborted (core dumped) gedit
[eric@localhost ~]$

THanks.
