Changing program startup order ??

Hi;
I would like to change the startup order of one of my gnome programs;
namely XChat-Gnome -- set as a startup in Sessions Manager. Currently
it is one of the first programs to start at login. I would like to make
it one of the last.
How and where do I change the order for startups?
