changeing the right mouse binding menu

In GNOME, when I click on the desktop and not on an icon,

I see the menu,
Create Folder
Create Launcer
Create Document
--------------------------
Clean up by name
keep Aligned
pase
---------------------------
Change Desktop Background


In this menu, I would like to add an Gnome-terminal.  How is this done,
There seems to be no documentation on it
