 Now I know the problem! \(^^)/ I was ldconfiguring whole
/usr/local/lib.
 Instead, now I inserted 'env
LD_LIBRARY_PATH="/usr/local/lib"' to command of panel
launchers as necessary. Since then it seems that no window
freezes at all!
