Users Link Not Going Anywhere (gnome.org)

I've reported this numerous times. On gnome.org the "Users" link just
points back to the front page.

There is no link to the User Documentation: 

I think the "Users" link was supposed to link to
http://www.gnome.org/learn/ or am I totally wrong here?.
