Keybindings

Hi
I'm having a funny issue here.
I'm trying to move Windows Across my Different Workspaces.
I would usually use Ctrl+Alt+Shift then either Left or Right or Up or
Down.

It doesn't seem to be working.

I already checked out gconf and the entries are there ,
Ctrl+Alt Left Right Up Down works Fine.

Any Ideas ?
