Is that true about Metacity ??!!

Hello Everybody,

After several days, today I tried out Metacity again,
and while I was looking at the print-preview window of
Gnumeric, I found that the window did not fit vertically
on my 14inch monitor even at 1024x768 resolution. 

By instinct, I pressed Alt and then dragged the window
upwards, and THE WINDOW MOVED BEYOND THE TOP PANEL and
I could see the bottom of the window. I just could not
believe my eyes!! So, have I found a bug (feature, if
you ask me). 

Somebody please confirm whether this _is_ a feature recently
introduced in Metacity. If it is true, wow, and a HUGE thanks
to whoever done it. 

Expecting the wireframe type of window
movement soon :)
