I agree with this point. Gnome is supposed to be GUI environment.
Adjustment of knobs must be enabled via a GUI interface. If I have to
open a terminal and enter commands, then that would not exactly be
"user friendy".
But hats off to the Gnome 2 developers. While it may not be perfection
its better than the alternatives. I will be a Gnome user and I know it
will keep getting better.
