I've broken my Gnome-2

  Hi,

      I need help.  Once upon a time, I built a working
  version of Gnome-2.  It seems that I broke it with
  GTK+-2.0.8 and now I cannot recover.

  In desperation, I deleted everything and started again.

  Thus far I've built and installed:

  glib-2.0.7
  gtk+-2.0.9
  atk-1.1.2
  pango-1.1.3
  GConf-1.2.1
  ORBit-2.4.4
  linc-0.5.5
  bonobo-activation-1.0.4

  Running "make check" after building linc produces:
