Evolution and automatically selecting from address

Hi,

I know this probably belongs on the Evolution list, but Is there away to
make Evo automatically select the from address depending upon the
recipients?

Say I have 3 email addresses:

1 for personal, 
1 for official
1 for mailing lists.

If I want to reply to a mail from this list and I hit reply, Evo
generally uses my default mail address (personal), can I get Evo to
automatically use the mailing list address?

Is this possible?
