It's a terminal widget we are using in Rawhide that's hopefully a bit
nicer than libzvt. You can build "vte" from CVS, then build
gnome-terminal with "configure --with-widget=vte" to try it.

It supports i18n, UTF-8, some other nice things. But there wasn't time
to finish it/test it for 2.0. Not officially adopted for 2.2 either,
but IMO unless a godlike libzvt maintainer appears really quickly,
it's the only thing that makes sense.
