Hmm, no clue then; that looks to me like it would work...

I suppose then you can disable xscreensaver (in the control center)
until XImian gets the bug fixed.

The only other thing I can think of to try to fix it is remove the
xscreensaver entry completely (which would be your original config, no?)
because then it should use the "other" entries to authentication.
