How do I change default menus in gnome (redhat 7.1) ?

Hi !

I will be installing a large numbers of machines with redhat 7.1 with gnome.
How can I add menues to the system so that they will always be seen by
the user and not easily removed by the user ?

I would prefer adding stuff in Main Menu and perhaps Global Menu.

This will mainly be used to give users menues for connecting to various hosts.

Is there a way to prompt the user for
