Evolution Mail Summary

Is there currently any way to force folders other than "Drafts",
"Inbox", "Outbox", and "Sent" to appear in the Evolution Summary?  In
particular, can I include IMAP folers here?  I can't even seem to figure
out what file in the ~/evolution directory holds these config settings?
