Win Modem under RedHat 7.1

Hi,

 

I've download a RPM file to install my winmoden under Linux RedHat 7.1. I used the command rpm -i to extract it, but now I don't know what to do next. I found a file called 3ComMdm in the folder bin. If someone could help I would be very gladdy.
