Terminal

Hello.

I have a button on my desktop to launch a programm. This programm has to be
openend in a terminal. Now if I start the programm by clicking the button,
it works. BUT: The window with the terminal uses a too small font. How can I
set the options for that kind of automatically started terminal to the same
values that a gnome-terminal uses. Or doesn't Gnome use gnome-terminal to
open applications? If not, how can I make Gnome use gnome-terminal?
