viruses on GNOME?

Hi,

Yesterday and today there has been much talk about another Windows (worm) virus: one that appears to display a picture of the famous tennis player Anna Kournikova, but instead sends itself to everyone in the lusers address book. ... and it made me wondering...

In the end, GNOME will sport some sort of scripting language (probably more than one)...

How can we avoid this kind of viruses? The most resent Windows virus problems were all caused by stupid macro viruses, just calling some components, doing nothing special at all...

... Just a thought...
