Gimp 1.2 install question

Out of the newest ximian (helixcode) rpms, I installed gimp and others,
and when gimp does its install, I get this message.

cp: cannot stat `/etc/gimp/1.2/gtkrc_user': No such file or directory

Gimp runs anyway, but I wondered if I missed a gtk update somewhere
along the line.  What is that all about?
