macros partly not expanded (gtkhtml)

			Hi.
Excuse me for being slightly off-topic here, but....
latest CVS-source polled from cvs - autogen'ed ...

In subdirectory, macros for xml-i18n-tools don't get expanded as needed
resulting in
Makefile containing:

@XML_I18N_MERGE_OAF_RULE@


instead of the right expansion.
		and therefor while compiling:

make[3]: *** No rule to make target `GNOME_GtkHTML_Editor.oaf', needed by 
`all-am'.  Stop.
