Just turn the threshold to minimum (0 threshold) and acceleration to
minimum (don't accelerate).
I don't think the acceleration slider is actually "acceleration" as in
"pick up speed" though, I think it may just be a constant multiplier.
Which is why you need the threshold, since you couldn't get 1-pixel
resolution otherwise with a > 1 multiplier.
This is a feature of XFree86 really, GNOME is just showing a GUI for
the options XFree86 has available.
