Not reading ~/.Xmodmap after installing Ximian Gnome 1.4?

Hi!

I've upgraded to Ximian's 1.4 distribution on my Red Hat 7.0 box and
now ~/.Xmodmap isn't read anymore upon reboot. Anyone experiencing
the same, or does anyone have an idea of which package might cause the
problem? I can't wait to file a bug report.
