You forgot reinstall operating system if that fails. ;P

Please, if giving ideas, give the Unix ideas, not other OS ideas. Why
a symlink needs a reboot? Yeah, mouse moved, please reboot. Before all
that there is signals or restart app (some do not know how to reread
their own configs), reload init level and other options. You can
change most things without shuting down, and I think people should
learn that is a possibility, for example for all the "Linux hangs"
mails we are getting.
