No scroll bars in galeon

After upgrading to Galeon 0.10.4 and Mozilla 0.8.1
(

     rpm -q galeon mozilla
     galeon-0.10.4-1
     mozilla-0.8.1-0

)

the browser window no longer has any sliders, although I can scroll up
and down with the mouse wheel. What's wrong? (I'm testing on a Red Hat
7.0 system)
