There is not a GNOME::Perl tutorial that I know off, there is a Gtk::Perl
tutorial however, here:

You could use the samples in gnome-perl though as a tutorial .. or look at the
xs files to see how things are done ... however, the Gnome::Perl bindings are
way too outdated - Gtk::Perl bindings were updated just recently.
