tooltips for clock in enlightenment panel is garbled

Guess what happened now? For some reason the tooltips for clock
now is ok. I received an email from one other person who ran into
the same problem so I know I'm not alone. The time is now 1:42AM EDT
so perhaps it had to do something with the date rolling over.
Oh well, maybe GNOME is self-healing.
