Drag&Drop for scripts.

Dear list types,

I don't want much. All I'm trying to do is to set up a launcher that runs
a wish script. So far so good. The kicker is that I'm trying to have it
accept $argv (or whatever) via drag and drop. 

For the life of me, I can't figure it out. If it really is impossible
without having a special version of wish (or bash, or perl), then I
consider that a deficiency, but I can't believe that something this simple
would be left out.

Any ideas? Please?
