Did you rename the theme from foo-0.30.tar.gz to foo.tar.gz?

I think sawfish will look for a directory inside the tar.gz with the same
name as the file (minus ".tar.gz"), so if you don't rename, sawfish will
look for "foo-0.30", and the directory inside the archive vil probably be
named "foo", so sawfish can't find the theme.
