Not totally sure which ones support eps and which ones don't
but here is a list:
Applix Presents payware
I've used this for presentations. Not bad. Native Linux.
I've run into flakey bugs with this one. Last version
used was 5.0m1. 5.0 is currently in a released version.
Corel Presentations payware
Tried to use this. Powerful slide editor. Windows app
running under Wine. Wouldn't do two column tables so
had to abandon the attempt.
MagicPoint freeware
I currently use this package. No slide editor. Drivena
by text files. Printed fonts don't always match displayed
fonts. Native Unix/Linux. Prints in postscript.
Very powerful shell escapes for doing almost anything.
StarOffice freeware
No experience. Highly recommended by others.

Any of the above four should do what you want.
